About Redstone Mach

From the first drawing to a running line.

Redstone Mach is a Casablanca-based manufacturer of industrial food processing machinery — specializing in chocolate, wafer, biscuit, and cake production equipment — supplying standalone machines, complete production lines, and custom-built machinery to manufacturers worldwide. Fully engineered and built in Morocco.

The group

Part of Redstone

Redstone Mach is the machinery arm of Redstone. Our sibling company,Redstone Export, works in the same family register: confident, specific, and accountable to the customer from first drawing to final sign-off.

Where Redstone Export moves goods, Redstone Mach builds the machines that make them. The two share a standard — say what a thing does, back it with numbers, and answer the phone after the sale.

The facility

Built in Casablanca since 2017

The production floor sits in the Tit Mellil industrial zone in Casablanca. It has been building chocolate, biscuit, wafer, and cake machinery since 2017, drawing on engineering experience in the sector dating to 2000.

We build for the full range — from a small artisan workshop taking its first step off manual work, to a large factory adding a line. The model codes on our spec sheets (M-150, M-540, NZ-8, and the rest) are the same codes our sales team quotes.

Machines are built at our production facility in Casablanca, operated with our manufacturing partner Aytek Makina.

We work closely with them, and the split is worth knowing before you buy rather than after. We are the side you talk to: the first conversation, the line configuration, the specification, the supply, and getting the machine installed and running. Aytek Makina builds the machines and carries most of the after-sales work.

So your machine and its shipping documents will carry the Aytek Makina name. That is the factory that built it — not a third party you have never met. You still have one number to call, and it is ours.

Component philosophy

The components are the quality argument

We answer the quality question with what is inside the machine. Siemens PLCs and servomotors, Schneider electrics, Festo pneumatics, FAG bearings, and stainless steel on every food-contact surface.

A Siemens servomotor dosing system answers the reliability question before it is asked. That is why our machine pages lead with the spec table and the component list — a capacity figure and a brand name carry more than any adjective.

After the sale

A machine is only as good as the support behind it.

Installation, commissioning, and operator training are delivered on site in English, French, and Arabic — then spare parts and support questions are handled with our manufacturing partner for the life of the machine. Installations run across Africa, and we ship worldwide.

How we work

Specifics over adjectives

Every machine and service page carries an honesty block — what a machine is not for, or what we need from you to quote it well. Telling you when your product needs both a ball mill and a conche is how we prove we understand the process.

We write for two readers at once: an owner who needs an outcome, and an engineer who reads the spec table first. Both should leave a page knowing exactly what a machine does, what is inside it, who installs it, and what happens when it needs a part.

Send your product and target capacity. We answer with a machine sequence, dimensions and power figures, and a quotation.
