Biscuit & Cookie Line Equipment

A biscuit or cookie factory is a chain of stages, and we build a defined part of that chain. Dough mixing, forming, and baking produce the base product. What happens next — filling, coating, cooling, and moving biscuits toward packaging — is where our equipment goes to work.

We are honest about the split up front. We do not manufacture a biscuit baking oven or a dough forming line, so we do not sell you one. We supply the filling, chocolate-coating, cooling, and handling stations that turn a baked biscuit into a finished, packable product, and we build to order where a standard machine does not fit.

Everything is engineered and built in our Casablanca facility, with Siemens and Schneider electronics, Festo pneumatics, and FAG bearings across the range. Stainless steel food-contact construction throughout. For the baking and forming stages, we will either scope a custom-built machine with you or point the need back to your oven supplier — whichever gets your line running correctly.

Capacity

What sets the throughput

Capacity is set by the stations you add and the throughput you need to match downstream of the oven. The Pre-Mixer M-1200 prepares creams, fillings, and mixes at 1,000 kg per 15 min. The NZ-8 filling machine deposits jam, honey, and cream fillings at up to 2,280 kg/h, configured with 1, 2, 4, or 8 filling heads depending on the throughput you require.

For a chocolate-coating step, the Cooling Tunnel M-590 removes 5,000-9,000 kcal/h and its length is configured to your line output, while storage tanks and chocolate pumps hold and transfer the coating mass. The Feeding/Alignment Conveyor M-100 then transports biscuits from the oven exit toward sorting or packaging at 1,000 pcs/min. Final configuration — head count, tunnel length, conveyor run — is confirmed with each quotation.

Who this is for

Built for

  • Growing bakeries adding filling, coating, or handling automation after the oven
  • Producers adding a chocolate-coating step to an existing biscuit or cookie
  • Factories that need controlled cooling and conveying between oven exit and packaging
  • Operations that want cream or jam filling deposited at scale, 1-8 heads
  • Manufacturers scoping a custom station where no catalog machine fits

Straight answer

What this line does not include

We do not manufacture the dough mixing, dough forming, or baking (oven) stages of a biscuit or cookie operation — these are not part of our current catalog. Our equipment starts after the oven: filling, chocolate coating, cooling, and handling toward packaging. If you need the forming and baking stages, we will either scope a custom-built machine with you or work alongside your existing oven supplier — we will not sell you a rotary moulder or a baking oven we do not build. Tell us what leaves your oven and at what rate, and we will size the downstream line to match.

Questions

Frequently asked

Do you manufacture a biscuit baking oven or a dough forming machine?
No. Dough mixing, forming, and baking are not part of our current catalog. We supply the stations after the oven — filling, chocolate coating, cooling, and handling — and we build custom machinery to order where a standard machine does not fit. For the oven and forming stages we work alongside your existing supplier or scope a custom conversation.
What equipment do you supply for a biscuit or cookie line?
The Pre-Mixer M-1200 for creams and fillings at 1,000 kg per 15 min, the NZ-8 filling machine for jam, honey, and cream at up to 2,280 kg/h with 1-8 heads, the Cooling Tunnel M-590 at 5,000-9,000 kcal/h for coated or filled biscuits, and the Feeding/Alignment Conveyor M-100 at 1,000 pcs/min. We also supply storage tanks and chocolate pumps for a coating step.
Can you add a chocolate-coating step to my existing biscuit line?
Yes. We supply the storage tanks and chocolate pumps to hold and transfer the coating mass, and the Cooling Tunnel M-590 (5,000-9,000 kcal/h) to set the coating after it is applied. Enrobing lines for chocolate-coated biscuits are built to order and sized to your throughput.
How many filling heads does the NZ-8 filling machine have?
The NZ-8 is configured with 1, 2, 4, or 8 filling heads depending on the throughput you need, up to 2,280 kg/h. It deposits jam, honey, and cream fillings. We confirm the head count against your target output at quotation.
How does the Cooling Tunnel M-590 fit a biscuit line?
It provides rapid controlled cooling for coated or filled biscuits leaving the coating or filling stage, removing 5,000-9,000 kcal/h at 24 kW. Tunnel length is configured to your line output. It sets chocolate coating and stabilizes fillings before the product reaches sorting or packaging.
Do you ship biscuit line equipment to Ghana?
Yes. We supply worldwide from Casablanca, with routing to Tema for the Ghanaian market, and our engineers travel for installation, commissioning, and operator training. Ghana's cocoa-processing and value-addition drive makes a chocolate-coating and handling line a natural fit. Spare parts are supplied directly.
How long does delivery and installation take?
Lead times are confirmed with each quotation, since a line's build time depends on the stations selected, filling-head count, tunnel length, and any custom work. Once built, our engineers handle installation, commissioning, and operator training on site. Tell us your target output and we will scope the timeline in the quotation.
What drives the cost of a biscuit line configuration?
Cost is driven by capacity, the number of stations, automation level, cooling-tunnel length, filling-head count, and any custom-built machinery. We discuss these qualitatively and confirm the full configuration in a quotation rather than a fixed list. Send us your throughput and the stages you need and we will scope it.
