One-Shot Chocolate Moulding Lines

Our one-shot moulding lines shape, mould, and cool chocolate in a single deposit. One-shot means the shell and any filling are laid down together in one pass, so bars, pralines, tablets, truffles, candies, and figurines all run from the same line with a change of mould. We build two models — the M-540 semi-automatic and the M-560 automatic — and we supply the chocolate moulds alongside them, because the offer is machinery and moulds, not one without the other.

Choose the M-540 when output of 200-500 kg/h fits the plant and an operator stays on the line. Choose the M-560 when 300-600 kg/h and a fully automatic cycle are the target. Both run 35 kW; the difference is throughput, footprint, and how much the line runs itself. We size the choice to your product and your floor, and we say plainly when a smaller line is the right call.

Straight answer

What these lines are not

A one-shot moulding line moulds and fills — it does not temper your chocolate mass from scratch or refine it. The mass arrives already tempered and at working viscosity; refining and storage happen upstream on a ball mill and storage tanks. The M-540 and M-560 are built for moulded formats, so if your product is enrobed rather than moulded, the enrobing line is a different machine and we will point you to it. Inclusion units for hazelnut, granule, or biscuit are optional on the M-560; they are not fitted unless your product needs them, and we confirm that at quotation rather than selling capacity you will not use.

Questions

Frequently asked

What is the difference between the M-540 and the M-560 moulding lines?
The M-540 is semi-automatic, with output of 200-500 kg/h at 15-18 moulds/min, and it measures L 6000 × W 950 × H 1700 mm at 1,540 kg. The M-560 is fully automatic, with output of 300-600 kg/h at 12-16 moulds/min, and it measures L 13055 × W 1775 × H 2630 mm at 2,950 kg. Both run 35 kW; the M-560 adds automation and a longer footprint for higher, hands-off throughput.
What is inside the M-560 automatic line?
The M-560 uses a Siemens servomotor dosing system, mould temperature control, cooling-tunnel temperature control, depositor temperature regulation, and a granule feeding system. Electronics are Siemens and Schneider, control is a PLC with touchscreen, pneumatics are Festo, and bearings are FAG. The depositor is hot-water-tempered and the build is stainless and hygienic.
Can these lines make filled pralines and bars with inclusions?
Yes. One-shot depositing lays the shell and the filling in a single deposit, so the M-560 runs chocolates, pralines, bars, and tablets with or without filling. Optional units add hazelnut, granule, or biscuit inclusion, and they are fitted to your recipe at quotation.
Do you supply the chocolate moulds with the line?
Yes. The offer is machinery and moulds together — we supply the chocolate moulds alongside the M-540 and M-560. Mould format is matched to the bars, pralines, tablets, or figurines you plan to produce.
How do products move from the moulding line to packaging?
The M-100 feeding and alignment conveyor handles it. It transports bars, tablets, biscuits, cakes, and wafers from the oven or cooling-tunnel exit toward sorting or packaging at up to 1,000 pcs/min, drawing 12 kW, at L 10200 × W 4500 × H 1150 mm.
Do you ship and install these moulding lines outside Morocco?
Yes. We build in Casablanca and ship worldwide, with installations across Africa. Our engineers travel for installation, commissioning, and operator training in English, French, and Arabic. Destination-market requirements (CE for the EU, SASO/SFDA for Saudi Arabia, and others) are reviewed as part of every quotation.
How long does delivery and installation take?
Lead times are confirmed with each quotation, since they depend on the model, options, and how much of the line is standard versus configured to your product. Once the line ships, our engineers install and commission it on site and train your operators before handover.
How much does a moulding line cost?
Pricing is by quotation. Cost is driven by the model, target throughput, level of automation, cooling-tunnel length, and options such as inclusion units and moulds. Send us your product and capacity target and we will scope the line and quote it.
