Cake & Bakery Line Equipment

We equip the wet, cold, and coating stages of a cake and bakery operation. The batter, cream, and filling mixing; the deposit of jams, honey, cream, and spreads; controlled cooling of baked product; chocolate and spread coating; and the conveyors that move cakes from the oven exit toward finishing or packaging. These are the stations where throughput, hygiene, and repeatable dosing decide whether a growing bakery keeps its quality as volume climbs.

We do not sell a line as a single sealed box. We build the stations that suit your product and connect them to what you already run. A bakery that already bakes well but mixes by hand and fills by hand is the operation we equip fastest — the M-1200 pre-mixer and the NZ-8 filling machine remove the two slowest manual steps in one procurement. Every machine is stainless steel, food-contact construction, engineered and built in Casablanca.

Where the catalog does not cover a stage, we say so and quote custom. Coated cakes, for instance, run through enroblers we build to order rather than a stock model. The point of this page is to be exact about what we supply from the catalog today and where a custom build closes the rest of the line.

Capacity

What sets the throughput

Capacity on a cake and bakery line is set station by station, not by a single line rating. The Pre-Mixer M-1200 produces a homogeneous batch of 1,000 kg per 15 min for batters, creams, and fillings, driven at 13 kW with a 7-inch touchscreen for automatic programming. The NZ-8 filling machine runs up to 2,280 kg/h across 1, 2, 4, or 8 heads — you specify the head count to the throughput you need for jam, honey, cream, or spread fillings.

Cooling is matched to output: the Cooling Tunnel M-590 delivers 5,000-9,000 kcal/h and its length is configured to your line's speed. The Feeding/Alignment Conveyor M-100 moves 1,000 pcs/min from the oven exit toward finishing or packaging. Where you add chocolate or spread coating, storage tanks (manufacturable from 50 kg to 100 tonnes) and chocolate pumps feed the coating station. Final sizing — head count, tunnel length, tank volume — is confirmed with each quotation against your product and target rate.

Who this is for

Built for

  • Bakeries replacing hand-mixing with a batch pre-mixer for batters and creams
  • Producers adding automated jam, honey, cream, or spread filling
  • Operations needing controlled cooling after the oven before finishing
  • Bakeries adding chocolate or spread coating to cakes
  • Growing bakeries adding handling and alignment toward packaging

Straight answer

What this line does not include

Baking, sheeting and forming, and cake decorating are outside our current catalog. We do not supply a cake oven, a dough sheeter, or a decorating machine, and we will not quote one we cannot build. What we supply is the mixing, filling, cooling, coating, and handling stations — the M-1200 pre-mixer, the NZ-8 filling machine, the M-590 cooling tunnel, the M-100 conveyor, plus storage tanks and pumps for coating — and any custom-built machinery you need to bridge the stages we do not stock. If your gap is the oven or the decorator, we will tell you that plainly rather than sell you an adjacent machine.

Questions

Frequently asked

Do you supply a complete cake production line, including the oven?
No. We supply the mixing, filling, cooling, coating, and handling stations — the Pre-Mixer M-1200, the NZ-8 filling machine, the Cooling Tunnel M-590, and the Feeding/Alignment Conveyor M-100 — plus custom-built machinery. Baking, sheeting, and cake decorating are outside our current catalog, and we will say so rather than quote a machine we do not build.
What can the pre-mixer handle for a bakery?
The Pre-Mixer M-1200 produces a homogeneous batch of 1,000 kg per 15 min for batters, creams, and fillings, at 13 kW. It runs from a 7-inch touchscreen with automatic programming and is stainless, hygienic, and quick to clean. It replaces hand-mixing for the wet stage of the line.
How fast can you fill cakes with jam, cream, or spread?
The NZ-8 filling machine runs up to 2,280 kg/h and is configured with 1, 2, 4, or 8 heads depending on the throughput you need. It handles jam, honey, cream, and spread fillings. You match the head count to your line rate, and we confirm the configuration at quotation.
Can you add chocolate coating to a cake line?
Yes. We feed a coating station with storage tanks and chocolate pumps, and build enrobers to order for coated cakes. Tanks are manufacturable from 50 kg to 100 tonnes and sized to your batch volume. Coating is quoted as a custom build against your product and rate.
How does the cooling tunnel match my line speed?
The Cooling Tunnel M-590 delivers 5,000-9,000 kcal/h, and its length is configured to your line's output — a faster line takes a longer tunnel. It gives controlled cooling to product leaving the oven before it reaches finishing or packaging. We size the tunnel to your throughput at quotation.
Do you ship to the United Arab Emirates?
Yes. We supply machinery worldwide and maintain particular logistics and language depth for the UAE, routing through Jebel Ali, with support in English and Arabic. We equip both a boutique bakery and an industrial line from the same catalog. Destination-market requirements are reviewed as part of every quotation.
How long does delivery and installation take?
Lead times are confirmed with each quotation, since they depend on the stations you select, head count, tunnel length, and any custom builds. Our engineers handle installation, commissioning, and operator training. We give you a realistic schedule with the quote rather than a headline figure.
What drives the cost of a cake and bakery line?
Cost is driven by capacity, automation level, line length, and options — the number of filling heads, the tunnel length, tank volume, and any custom coating build. We discuss these drivers openly and price against your product and target rate. Send your requirement through the quotation form and we will scope it. See our guide, Choosing Production-Line Capacity: What Drives Machine Cost.
