Complete Chocolate Processing Lines
A chocolate line is a sequence of machines that take fat and sugar in one end and deliver moulded, cooled, handling-ready product out the other. We build that chain in Casablanca and supply it as one line: fat melting (M-1000) into sugar milling (M-500) into pre-mixing (M-1200) into ball-mill refining (M-150) into storage (M-2000) into one-shot moulding (M-560) into a cooling tunnel (M-590) into feeding and handling (M-100). Chocolate pumps move mass between stations, and moulds are supplied with the line.
Each station is a real catalog machine with real numbers, not a concept. The M-500 sugar mill finishes to 50-60 micron. The M-150 ball mill refines a 500 kg batch per 2-3 h cycle on 24 kW of drive power. The M-1200 pre-mixer homogenises 1,000 kg per 15 min. The moulding stage sets the pace of the whole line, and it ships in two forms depending on the throughput you are building toward.
The line is engineered to order around your product and your floor. We match refining batch size and tank capacity to the moulding throughput, size the cooling tunnel to line output, and specify the pump families that suit your mass. Made in Morocco, installed by our engineers, and quoted station by station so the line you buy is the line your production actually needs.

What sets the throughput
Throughput is set at the moulding stage. The semi-automatic one-shot line (M-540) runs 200-500 kg/h; the automatic one-shot line (M-560) runs 300-600 kg/h with Siemens servomotor dosing. Once the moulding rate is fixed, we match the rest of the chain to it — refining batch and storage-tank size upstream, cooling-tunnel length downstream — so no station starves or bottlenecks the line.
The line scales from an artisan workshop to an industrial factory. Upstream capacities are already substantial: 1,000 kg per 30 min of fat melting on the M-1000, 500 kg/h of sugar milling on the M-500, 1,000 kg per 15 min of pre-mixing on the M-1200, and a 500 kg refining batch per 2-3 h cycle on the M-150. Storage is buildable from 50 kg to 100 tonnes, the cooling tunnel handles 5,000-9,000 kcal/h across its 20 m run, and the M-100 conveyor feeds product onward at 1,000 pcs/min. Capacity, automation level, line length, and options drive cost — we scope all four on quotation.

Straight answer
What this line does and does not cover
We build the chain from mass preparation through moulding and cooling, and we supply the pumps and moulds that go with it. The ball mill refines chocolate mass to eating fineness, but it does not conch — where your product needs true conching for flavour development, we say so and scope that step separately rather than pretend the ball mill replaces it. Bean-to-bar upstream steps — roasting, winnowing, and grinding of the beans themselves — are not off-the-shelf catalog machines here; we scope that equipment per project. If your product needs both refining and conching, we will tell you before you buy.
