Custom machinery
From a modified model to a machine that did not exist yet.
Not every product fits a catalog. When it does not, we design and build to it — a changed capacity or format on a proven machine, or a fully bespoke line engineered from your product up. Same stainless build, same components, same team from drawing to running line.
Scope
Two starting points, one standard
Modify a catalog model
A different throughput, a tighter footprint, an extra product format, an added inclusion unit. Starting from a proven machine keeps the risk low and the lead time short.
Build bespoke
A machine or line that does not exist in any catalog. We design it around your product, your capacity target, and the floor you have — then build it in stainless steel with the same component set as the standard range.
The process
Consult, design, build, test, install.
01
Consult
We start from your product, target output, and plant constraints — not from a catalog page.
02
Design
Our engineers draw the machine or line, size the components, and confirm the layout against your floor.
03
Build
We fabricate in stainless steel at our Casablanca facility, with Siemens, Schneider, Festo, and FAG components.
04
FAT
Factory acceptance testing runs the machine on your product profile before it leaves the floor.
05
Install
We install, commission, and train your operators on site, then support the line with spare parts.
What we need from you
A good quote needs three things
01
Product samples or spec
What you are making, and to what standard. Samples or a full product specification let us design to the real material, not an assumption.
02
A capacity target
A figure with units — kg/h, pcs/min, or tonnes per day. Capacity drives nearly every downstream decision on the machine.
03
Plant constraints
Available footprint, power supply, and utilities. Destination-market requirements are reviewed as part of the quotation.

What do you need from us to design a custom machine?
Can you match a custom machine to our existing line?
Do you run a factory acceptance test before shipping?
Will you tell us if a custom build is the wrong answer?
