Jebel Ali's free-zone and customs infrastructure is familiar to the logistics teams most UAE buyers already work with, which keeps the inbound step predictable.
We plan each shipment around the equipment itself. Compact machines such as the M-540 moulding line, the ball mill, or a pre-mixer travel in standard containers, while a full M-560 line and a 20-metre cooling tunnel are broken into shipping sections and crated for reassembly on site. Crating, marking, and loading are handled so the line arrives in a sequence that matches installation, not just whatever fits first.
Lead time depends on the configuration, the number of stations, and any custom scope, and it is confirmed with each quotation rather than promised as a fixed figure. We would rather commit to a date we can hold than quote a number that ignores your options list. The same goes for routing detail: we confirm the port pairing and documentation per shipment.
Because many UAE buyers re-export, we also plan for onward movement. If a line is bound for a plant that will later ship product across the GCC or into Africa, we document the equipment cleanly so it fits into a group's own logistics and asset records from day one.
The machines and lines that fit UAE production
Chocolate and confectionery are the centre of gravity for most UAE enquiries, so the one-shot moulding line is usually the anchor. The M-540 semi-automatic runs 200-500 kg/h at 15-18 moulds/min and suits a Dubai boutique or a growing gifting brand; the M-560 automatic runs 300-600 kg/h at 12-16 moulds/min, with Siemens servomotor dosing, a PLC touchscreen, Festo pneumatics, and FAG bearings, for industrial volume. Both mould bars, pralines, tablets, and filled pieces, and chocolate moulds are supplied with the line.
Upstream, the preparation train is built from proven units. The ball mill M-150 refines 500 kg per 2-3 hour cycle at 24 kW to eating fineness; it refines rather than conches, and we say so plainly. The powder sugar mill M-500 takes crystalline sugar to 50-60 micron at 500 kg/h, and the pre-mixer M-1200 homogenises 1,000 kg per 15 minutes. Fat melting is handled by the M-1000 at 1,000 kg per 30 minutes, with the M-2000 stock tank at 2,000 kg and storage tanks buildable from 50 kg to 100 tonnes.
Downstream, the cooling tunnel M-590 delivers 5,000-9,000 kcal/h over a 20-metre run sized to line output, and the feeding conveyor M-100 moves 1,000 pcs/min from tunnel exit toward sorting or packing. Chocolate and fat transfer uses internal gear, helical gear, lobe, and stainless or bronze pumps sized to duty.
The UAE's spreads, sauces, and filling business is served by the NZ-8 cup and container filling machine at 2,280 kg/h with 1, 2, 4, or 8 heads, running chocolate and nut spreads, sauces such as ketchup and mayonnaise, powders including cocoa and milk powder, jam, and honey. Tempering and enrobing are engineered to order; steps outside our catalog are scoped as custom or flagged as out of scope rather than improvised.
Destination-market requirements and documentation
Equipment entering the UAE is judged against destination-market requirements, and we treat those requirements as part of the quotation rather than as a claim printed on a brochure. Destination-market requirements (CE for the EU, SASO/SFDA for Saudi Arabia, and others) are reviewed as part of every quotation, and for a UAE installation we identify the applicable standards and documentation for the specific line and its intended use before we build.
We take the same care with the paper trail that follows the machine. Technical files, electrical and pneumatic schematics, component data sheets, and the panel and PLC documentation are prepared so your engineers and any local inspection can trace exactly what is inside the line. For a re-export base, clean documentation is not paperwork for its own sake; it travels with the equipment into whatever market the finished goods eventually serve.

For a full M-560 line and a 20-metre M-590 tunnel, that is a coordinated build rather than a drop-off.
Operator training happens on your machine, in your plant, with your product. We train the people who will run the line day to day on the PLC touchscreen, changeovers between formats, clean-down, and the routine checks that keep a moulding or filling line consistent. A boutique starting on the M-540 and an industrial plant on the M-560 receive training pitched to their scale and staffing.
We also brief the maintenance side of the house. UAE operations that run several product codes value operators who can diagnose a dosing or temperature issue without waiting on a call, so we make sure the panel is understood, not just operated.
After-sales, spare parts, and support in the UAE
After-sales is arranged through us, and for a UAE base that means spare-parts supply, remote support, and maintenance attention that follow the standardised components we build around. Because the line uses Siemens, Schneider, Festo, and FAG parts, common wear and control items are recognisable to Gulf engineers and straightforward to keep on a shelf near the plant.

A high-throughput M-560 running long shifts carries a different recommended spares holding than an M-540 boutique line, and we set that expectation during commissioning rather than after the first stoppage.

Sizing a UAE line starts with the mix, not the maximum. A boutique gifting brand and an industrial private-label supplier can both anchor on one-shot moulding, but the automation level, station count, and options differ sharply between them.
The main drivers of a line's scope are throughput, automation level, line length, and the options list, and each of those is a genuine cost driver we discuss qualitatively and settle at quotation. A plant targeting 300-600 kg/h on an M-560 with servomotor dosing, a 20-metre cooling tunnel, and inclusion feeding is a different build from an M-540 boutique line with a compact tank set and moulds. We size the preparation train, storage, and cooling to match whichever end you are at.
For a hub buyer, we also plan for growth. Starting on an M-540 and a modest tank and mixer set, then expanding to an M-560 industrial line and larger storage as regional demand builds, is a common and sensible path, and designing the first stage with the second in mind avoids rework. Storage tanks from 50 kg to 100 tonnes give real headroom to scale within the same supplier relationship.
