The M-150 ball mill refines chocolate and centre masses to eating fineness in a 500 kg batch over a 2-3 hour cycle at 24 kW, and the M-500 powder sugar mill takes crystalline sugar down to 50-60 micron. The M-1200 pre-mixer homogenises 1,000 kg per 15 minutes ahead of refining. Note the honest boundary: the ball mill refines, it does not conch, and where a recipe needs flavour development beyond refining we scope that separately.
Melting, holding, and moving chocolate cleanly keeps a filled line running. The M-1000 fat melting tank handles 1,000 kg per 30 minutes; the M-2000 stock tank holds 2,000 kg; and storage tanks are buildable from 50 kg to 100 tonnes to match your batch rhythm. Chocolate and fat pumps in internal-gear, helical-gear, lobe, and stainless or bronze configurations move mass between stages at the duty each transfer needs. Tempering ahead of the depositor is engineered to order to suit your couverture and throughput.
Downstream, the M-590 cooling tunnel sets shells and finished pralines at 5,000-9,000 kcal/h across a 20-metre tunnel, sized to line output. The M-100 feeding conveyor moves finished pieces at up to 1,000 pcs/min toward sorting or packing. For enrobed lines rather than moulded ones, enrobing is engineered to order alongside the moulding stations.
